Suitable for all-season camping
UP-2 is an all-season tent, meaning that it can be used all year round, regardless of the weather outside. The shelter will shade you from the sun in summer and from snow, frost and wind in winter. The wood stove maintains a pleasant interior temperature even if it is extremely cold outside. We recorded 82°+ F inside when it was 22°- F outside.
Durable and reliable materials
The tent frame is made of aviation alloy B95T1: a durable, high-strength material that restores its initial shape even after bearing a heavy load. The outer layer of the tent is manufactured from a sturdy, innovative, and water-resistant material, Oxford 300 PU 4000, and the inner layer is manufactured from Oxford 210 PU 2000. The air space between two layers significantly decreases condensation and effectively retains interior heat.
Our tents have all the necessary safety features, including protective metal shields on the stove to prevent the risk of fire and burning, light-reflecting elements that are visible to drivers and help prevent accidents, a zippered floor that provides protection from insects and snakes in warm weather and from water in rainy weather, etc.
UP-2 is a premium, all-season tent. It provides comfortable shelter from the summer sun and cold winter air. The wood stove maintains a pleasant interior temperature even if it is extremely cold outside. We recorded 82°+ F inside when it was 22°- F outside. Multiple hinges on the inner layer can be used for drying clothes by hanging them close to the dome.
UP-2 provides unique comfort when you camp. The water-resistant outer layer is made from an innovative material, Oxford 300PU 4000, that keeps you dry inside the tent even in the heaviest rain. Did you know that many winter campers struggle to open frozen zippers in the morning? Our wing door eliminates this problem and also helps prolong the zipper life of additional doors from frequent use of the tent. Additionally, the inner layer is coated with a special water- repellent, and all stitches are glued to provide the ultimate protection from water. This provides our tents superior protection from wind, rain, and snow to keep the tent interior warm and dry.
We pay attention to the safety features of our tents. For cold weather, our tents have all the necessary safety features for using wood stoves inside:
The tent wall near the stove is located a safe distance from the hot surface. This eliminates the need to use fire-resistant material on the wall of this tent model.
The wood stove is equipped with protective metal shields with adjustable clearance. These shields prevent users from accidental burns and the risk of fire in the tent.
Detachable waterproof floor
The detachable waterproof floor is a great option for those who love winter fishing. You can drill a fishing hole, install the tent above it, and enjoy fishing in warmth and comfort.
Protection from insects
All doors and windows have mosquito nets and reinforced zippers. We started using reinforced zippers especially for winter.
Because we are committed to continually improving our product, we encourage feedback from our customers to implement improvements and add new features to our product.

Good. They corresponded quickly and were very punctual as to what they promised
Great build. Not an easy setup unless you’re a 6 foot bodybuilder
Lets talk open and honestly here. Most guys that spend this kind of money on a tent will only tell you how wonderful it is. Let’s address this “simple and fast setup”. If you are at least 6 foot tall and very muscular, this will not be as easy setup. First I’m going to ask you about the videos you have watched about this tent. When it comes to the part where they are setting it up and get under the tent to push up on it and open it like an umbrella, notice how all of them edited their videos right at this spot so you can’t see them wrestling with this. They bring you back in to the opened tent. This is for a reason. They are struggling to push up on the hub and pull down on the rod. This is no light weight tent. You have to hold the weight of the tent in one hand above your head then pull down on the rod a good distance with the other. It’s a beast! Imagine the larger version! Now let’s talk about the good. I got a 6 foot 2 x 4 and propped it under the roof hub. This held the tent up so I could focus on pulling the rod down and thus popping open the tent. I could not do this without the 2 x 4. Once the tent was opens and took my time inspecting it I noticed the great quality and workmanship that went into this tent. It is a truly double walled tent. I have hot tented for many years in back country hunting fishing and spending time with family. I prefer winter camping above all and spend 90% of my time camping in freezing temperatures. Yes I would depend on this tent for my survival. It is made that well. It has been well thought out so you can hang clothes that have been soaked from hiking thru the day to dry from the stoves heat at nite. I love the door on this. I usually have my hands full of firewood, my bow, archery gear, backpack, rifle or fishing gear and don’t have to mess with zippers. I am hard on my tents and own quite a few and have confidence that this one will take care of me for quite a few years. It will be my haven of warmth and safety after a long day in the woods. I wish I could get my hands on one of their outfitter wall tents. They look like they set up like a ground blind where you just pull out each hub individually until it is fully open. I’ll bet it’s a simpler setup. Well I hope this helps some of you out there. Have a great day!
Thank you for your feedback. We highly appreciate it. As per your concerns regarding difficulties in opening the tent we may offer you the following life hack: Please follow these steps and you will be able to set up the tent in minutes: you can make a loop out of the rope that is included in a tent, fix one end on the guide pole, and lower the other end down, make a loop for the leg and step into the loop with your foot. Thus you will free your hands and be able to open the tent with both hands.
Up 2 tent
It was -12 degrees when I used it. Stayed warm till the wood burnt out.. going to use my propane buddy heater, at night. Extra # of propane sucks. It didn’t come with spark ******** floor mat no extra stakes
Better then I thought
The thing just works. Although I ain't been in any weather colder then 28F yet the thing did great. I also bought the matching stove from the website. I sleep every night in the cold with no blankets at all. My one complaint would be, it's not near as easy to set up as you might think. It takes a lot of effort. My first attempt I was already tired from bringing my stuff down to camp. I was pushing to open the umbrella so hard I started seeing a white light. Right about then my body gave out the thing folded up on me and I fell on my but inside a closed tent. Much like a Donald Duck cartoon. A second attempt an hour later was successful. Outside of that this tent has been second to none and a very good buy hands down the best.
One of the best tent setups we have ever owned
Fantastic! We were able to track shipment from the time we placed the order until it arrived at our front door. Very well package; sturdy and beautifully crafted tent. Love it!
