🏕 Does this vestibule suit all RBM tents?
No, this is the universal for our UP-series tents. Which means that it suits the following tent models: UP-2 mini, UP-2 and UP-5.
📦 Why would I need a universal vestibule?
RBM universal vestibule provides additional space, which can be used to your liking. It can either be turned into additional living space, or used as garage for snowmobiles, ATVs, as a shelter, independent tent, kitchen, carp tent, etc.
💡 How is it attached to the tent?
The vestibule can be easily attached to a UP-series tent by a zipper located on a special canopy above the doors.
- Smoke pipe hole made from fire-resistant material
- Two zippered entrances (walls can be fully detached to turn the vestibule into carp tent)
- Window with mosquito net
- Pockets on the walls
In all honesty, the booklet or catalog that came with the Universal Vestibule was in English. The warranty was not. The product speaks for itself hands down. Except for 1 tiny detail. Their are no instructions. Instructions on how everything is put together advertised. The bathroom rack we purchased at Home Depot had a 4 page instruction booklet including what each part with fastener was with clear directions on how everything was to be installed properly. For the amount you are selling your product you could have a set of instructions already in print for the country you are shipping the products to. The customer service could be a little more helpful when you ask a question, they respond with “I do not know the answer. You need to put as much explanation into 100% of your products not just what you think. Explain everything in full detail. I can go on and on except I’ll just leave it at this.
excited about winter camping
its lightweight that's heavy duty in every way you could possibly think of with a tent. it finally arrived just in time to take a month to plan for year round camping up in the Kootney Mountains. I'll be posting photos with videos, reason being is we have winter that usually has about 5ft of snow sometimes 8 months of the year. then we have extreme wind conditions of -32 to -40 so its exciting to challenge the out door elements in all seasons. not the usual weekend camping trip, or even 2 week camping trip. I'm talking about 365 days with camping. I'll see you guys soon. (time to prove a point)
Thing is beast
Awesome... With the vestibule connected to the up-5 it looks like something out of Star Wars
I set the vestibule up in my driveway to see just how it comes together. I have not attached it to the tent as of yet. It is just what I wanted in size and quality. It’s ideal in size for an ATV or snow machine even with a wood burning stove. I’ve attached pictures with an older wood burner in it. I do have the midsize Russian Bear stove but I plan on using it in the rent. As soon as I get my second vaccine I’m off to play in the snow. Phil
