"Vector" is powerful stove for large winter tents capable of heating a large living space. The octagonal shape increases burning efficiency, and one set of wood can last up to 6-8 hours. The durable stove body is highly-resistant to warping.
Four stationary reflective shields protect against accidental burns and also create a convection air flow along the stove body, which warms up the tent more quickly. An efficient air intake valve system helps precisely control air flow into firebox.
"Vector" tent stoves have protective shields on all sides to prevent accidental burns. The lower shield prevents the tent floor from overheating and the side shields prevent the tent wall near stove from overheating.
The coil-type spark arrestor is built into the upper side of firebox. This separates the firebox into two areas. Wood burning and heat dissipation occur in the main lower area, and after-burning occurs in the upper area. The spark arrestor increases stove efficiency, evenly warms up the stove cooking plate, and protects the outer layer of the tent from sparks.
What happens if the stove is used without a spark arrestor? Sparks can fly out of the smoke pipe, fall onto the tent, and burn holes in it, so the tent can no longer keep the interior warm or protect you from the rain. Unfortunately, many stove manufacturers don’t take this into consideration. We manufacture our stoves using the safest and latest safety standards.
The stove shape directs wood toward center of the firebox for full burning.
Removable aluminum legs are designed for stable and safe positioning of the stove.
The deflector helps protect the smoke pipe from rain and improves smoke ventilation.
A rotatable air intake valve on stove cap regulates the intensity of burning and regulates the temperature inside the tent. Air inlet holes are covered with a metal shield in the interior side of the firebox, which prevents hot debris and sparks falling out.
Carrier handles are located on the end walls, which make cleaning ash from the stove easier.
A smoke detector included in the package will sound an alarm if smoke gets inside the tent.
2. Manufacturing materials
The “Vector" tent stove is manufactured from several materials. The stove body is made from 0.04” thick high-tech stainless steel AISI 430.
The firebox cap has heat-resistant sealing that prevents smoke from getting inside the tent and enables more precise regulation of intake air flow through the valve.
Stove integrity is enhanced by argon welding on the bottom side. We also offer a three-year warranty on our "Vector" stove.
