Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please take photos of the damage straight away so that we have a full record of the problem.  

If there's time to contact the retailer to complain before the delivery driver leaves, explain the situation and ask if they want the damaged goods sent back with the driver right away.
