🚚 It typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver a tent that is in stock across the USA. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, you’ll have to wait for 4-7 days for your all-season tent to arrive.

🚚 We do not ship our products on weekends and holidays.

❗ In case you are not satisfied with our product and want to return it, please inform us about it via email within 14 days after you have received your order.

❗ There are three possible ways to resolve this issue:
You will be given a payment refund,
we will give you a store credit or
allow you to exchange the returned item for another one of the same or lower value.

❗ We do not collect any restocking or handling fees, however, please keep in mind that buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping/postage costs without reimbursement.
