United States (contiguous): free shipping, 4–8 business days for in-stock items. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or PO boxes.

Canada: free shipping when the item is in stock in our Canadian warehouse. Delivery takes 6–15 business days. Duties and taxes may apply per Canadian customs regulations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order arrived damaged or defective, email info@hot-tent.com with photos or video within 30 days — we'll cover return shipping and offer an exchange, compensation, or full refund.

All our tents are built for long-term use in real outdoor conditions — from family glamping to all-season cold-weather camping.

Every Coody and RBM Outdoors Panda inflatable frame is factory pressure-tested for 72 hours before shipping — inflated, left to stand, and checked for pressure loss — so your tent arrives ready to perform.

RBM Outdoors 4-season tents are engineered for extreme conditions including snow, wind, and sub-zero temperatures.

Waterproofing: All tents withstand moderate rain without a rainfly. For extended or heavy rainfall, use the supplied rainfly included with every tent. Important: ensure your groundsheet does not extend beyond the tent footprint — if it does, rainwater can collect underneath.

Panda series: All current Panda models feature updated roof window zippers with an overlapping transparent cover and water-diverting edging around the zipper to channel water away — keeping the interior dry even in rain.

Our tents are covered by a 1-year warranty on all components, and a 10-year frame warranty on all 4-season double layer models (UP series, Hexagon, Cuboid).

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
