Avant utilisation
Manuel d'utilisation des tentes gonflables ⚒️ Préparation et mise en place Installez la tente sur un terrain surélevé, loin des arbres enneigés qui surplombent la zone et des flammes nues. Essayez d'installer le campement avant la tombée de la nuit. Pour garder la tente propre, nous recommandons d'utiliser une bâche de sol en dessous. En cas de vents forts, fixez la tente avec des haubans supplémentaires. Utilisez le double-toit inclus pour vous protéger de la pluie, de la neige et du soleil. Au besoin, vous pouvez créer un auvent avec des arceaux (vendus séparément), mais dans ce cas, seule la moitié de la tente sera couverte. 🌡️ Plage de températures La tente peut être utilisée à des températures extérieures allant de 5 °F à 104 °F. Par temps froid, les matériaux en PVC se rigidifient : le plancher et les coussins d’air se rigidifient, ce qui rend le pliage plus difficile. Il ne s’agit pas d’un défaut. Pour un sommeil confortable, utilisez des sacs de couchage adaptés et des matelas isolants. 🔥 Chauffage et isolation Une ouverture de cheminée est prévue pour les poêles à bois. Utilisez toujours des poêles munis d'un pare-étincelles. Les appareils de chauffage électriques de sécurité sont également acceptables. Les flammes nues sont interdites. Assurez une ventilation adéquate pour éviter l'accumulation de monoxyde de carbone. Si possible, utilisez la cloison pour aider à conserver la chaleur dans la zone de couchage. Gardez les fenêtres en TPU fermées pour conserver la chaleur, ne les ouvrez que pour la ventilation. Isolez le sol avec des tapis, des couvertures ou une doublure supplémentaire. 💨 Pression d'air et cadre Par temps de gel, la pression à l'intérieur des poutres gonflables diminue ; vérifiez-la régulièrement et faites l'appoint si nécessaire. Assurez-vous que toutes les vannes sont bien fermées. 💧 Condensation et humidité La condensation est un phénomène naturel (semblable à la formation de buée sur les vitres d'une voiture). Plus l'imperméabilité du tissu est élevée, plus ce phénomène est susceptible de se produire.
Grâce au coton Terylene respirant, la condensation à l'intérieur de nos tentes est minimale.
– Laissez les aérations légèrement ouvertes. – Augmenter la température progressivement pour éviter une surchauffe soudaine. – Utilisez une bâche de sol sous la tente. – Choisissez un terrain sec si possible. – Toujours bien sécher la tente avant de la ranger. 🌧 Protection contre la pluie et la neige En cas de pluie modérée, la tente protège de l'eau pendant 4 à 5 heures (selon l'intensité). En cas de pluie légère ou intermittente, le double-toit n'est pas nécessaire. En cas de pluie prolongée, la bâche de protection incluse doit être utilisée. Après la pluie, retirez la bâche pour permettre la ventilation et éviter la condensation. Vous pouvez pré-attacher ou laisser la toile de pluie enroulée au bord de la tente pour une utilisation rapide en cas de fortes averses prolongées. En cas de neige, utilisez immédiatement la bâche de protection contre la pluie. L'accumulation de neige sur la toile augmente le risque d'infiltration d'humidité. Déneigez régulièrement le toit de la tente. Si les fermetures éclair gèlent, réchauffez-les avec vos mains ou de l'eau – ne les forcez jamais. Après utilisation hivernale, séchez soigneusement la tente avant de la ranger. 📦 Emballage et stockage N'oubliez pas : par temps froid, le revêtement de sol en PVC et le tissu se rigidifient et se plient moins facilement. Dégonflez complètement la tente avant de la ranger. Sécher dans un endroit bien aéré et ne ranger que lorsqu'il est complètement sec. 🧹 Entretien et utilisation Évitez de porter des chaussures à l'intérieur de la tente. Tenez les objets pointus éloignés du sol et des murs. Protéger des substances inflammables et des acides. Maintenir la propreté : les moisissures et une exposition prolongée aux UV réduisent la durée de vie. Évitez l'exposition directe prolongée au soleil ; utilisez la bâche de protection contre la pluie lorsque nécessaire. ⚠️ Sécurité incendie Faites preuve de prudence avec les appareils électriques. Gardez les sorties dégagées pour les situations d'urgence. Gardez un extincteur ou tout autre outil de lutte contre l'incendie à proximité. Ne laissez pas les enfants jouer avec des feux d'artifice près de la tente.

It is everything they advertise! So pleased with this tent! Love it
We haven’t actually been camping in it yet. We set it up in the back yard to get some practice setting it up. It was really hot that day (102) and I left the window flaps down to see what it would feel like inside. It was hot but with a fan running it wasn’t unbearable. I was impressed with that. I also loved the way water rolled off of it when it rained - without the rainfly!

I recently bought a tent from hot-tent.com, and I have to say, it was a really good experience. I was looking for something sturdy for weekend camping trips, and their selection was huge. They have tents for solo campers, 2-person, 4-person, and even 8-person groups, so you can definitely find what fits your needs. Love these tents.
Delivery was excellent. I wish you sold additional rainflies like the ones that come with the tents and also the hub connector. Finding that connector at another site lead me to purchase an additional tent from there to simplify things. I would have liked to purchase from Coody all my order.
Great quality
Great item. I just don�t like design of the door. The sides unzip but the bottom is Velcro and I have a very hard time making it line up to close all the way. So there is always a gap at the bottom of the door

The Coody website is easy to use and I had no problem finding the item I wanted to purchase. I was given notice on each step of the delivery process and when I had a question, it was promptly answered.
I set the tent up upon delivery and noted the quality craftsmanship of each detail, and it seems that each detail is well thought out. The tent went up with ease. I really like the thick floor and as I watched the celestial bodies rotate above me for three nights, I loved the skylight.
For those first three nights the temp was down to 40 F and I was surprised when the little electric heater kept it comfortable. I look forward to colder tests with a real heater.
Lastly, it was not hard for me to put away. Hands down this is the best tent I have used and I maintain four tents for the family campout.

The Coody website was easy to use and support answered my question within the hour I typed it. Product was really well packaged and shipped in a timely manner. I set the tent up the day I received it and slept in it for three nights. I host a fall camp out and have done so for twenty years so not only do I camp, I supply and maintain equipment for a modest group of people. My first three nights in the Coody tent it got down to 40 degrees F, so I used a small electric heater and was amazed at how well it worked. The functionality of use and the features supplied to adapt for the circumstances are far beyond any tent I have used. Setting this tent up and stowing it away is great and added together with the features and quality of craftsmanship more than makes up for the slight drawback of weight and size of package in transportation to the sight. I bought a second tent as a spare for unannounced guests.

I used this for the first time on an October hunting trip in Canada and was very impressed. Coody put a lot of thought into the design. I can't think of any improvements to suggest except offering a stove pipe insert that you could zipper into the window and have the stove pipe exit the side. Otherwise, what a fantastic tent!
Awesome Tent!
My family and I just took it out for the first time for a 4 day camping trip. Really easy to set up. It got us through a torrential downpour and kept everything perfectly dry with the included rain tarp. It�s very spacious and comfortable. After everything was set up inside it felt like a little cabin. Can�t wait to get a little wood burning stove for this fall and the colder months. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend if you�re thinking about glamping.

My fianc� and I recently went to di beach fuh a week and lemme tell yuh, this tent is built like ah tank! Held up in rain, wind and sum serious temp changes (daytime 90sF) and (nighttime 70sF) without any deflation.

We�ve been thoroughly impressed with the Coody Air 17.2 tent. Its performance in various weather conditions has exceeded our expectations. During a recent trip to Fitzroy Provincial Park here in Ottawa, Canada, where we encountered heavy rain, the tent stood strong�no leaks whatsoever.
The high-quality build is evident, and the rain tarp provided excellent additional protection, even helping to keep the tent cool on warmer days.

My family has always been campers since the 1960s, backing up a 1961 Bug with gear and 2 kids. In all that time we�ve used a canvas tent, a canvas tent trailer and nylon tents. This tent is the best I�ve ever owned.
Thick canvas materials for the skin. Rubberized canvas tubing for structure. Thick rubberized canvas for the bathtub floor. Excellent double stitching and high quality zippers. The design is well thought out for comfort, convenience, and longevity. Zippered panels replace windows from mesh to crystal clear vinyl for a clear view outside. The interior divider can be removed or swapped out as can the whole front panel.
The rainfly is designed to retain heat in the winter with a silver reflective surface on the underside and matching beige color surface outside.
I flipped it inside out with the shiny surface reflecting heat and sunlight out, keeping the interior about 10F cooler through our 105F heatwave. A portable 500sqft Bosch air conditioner kept me cool. Love it
What side of this thing perfect for when I�m using it for my wife, my daughter, her two sons and myself, and we still have room. The dislike the fact that you have to pump this thing with that humongous tire pump it would be nice if there was some kind ofelectrical or battery pump other than that love this tent

Communication was very good, and I was advised through the buying experience the entire way. Tent had been on back order and was pleased that it came as quickly as it did!!
Good tent
I haven�t used the tent yet. I�ve set it up twice now outfitting it to my needs and getting familiar with it. What an incredible tent. It exceeds what you could expect in a tent. I�m looking forward to using it. Downside I would say is it�s so heavy it�s so big and it�s a pain to fold up. But you just bought yourself a poor man�s cabin.
Strong Tent
We set it up as soon as it arrived. We are in our 70s and it was a struggle because of the size and weight of the tent. But it went up in under 5 minutes. We camped out in the back yard to see how it was going to function for us and it was so enjoyable. It was hot in the middle of the day and opening the windows allowed air flow throughout. It was cool and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will do so for some time to come.
Blown Away
This tent setup is simply amazing. The quality and attention to details is second to none. I was able to setup the tent with no instructions in a few moments. I will say this� it�s a heavy item, suggest having someone assist with loading/unloading or have some sort of dolly/way to move it around
We purchased this tent with the intention of doing more family bonding and enjoying more of the outdoors. I�m looking forward to seeing what new items get introduced. After doing my homework and realizing this is the same tent from another manufacture (not available in the USA), I hope we eventually get some of the other offerings. Having the option to add additional rooms/space is a great thing and I would be happy to pay for these additions.
Anyone on the fence about this item needs to get off ASAP and get yours while you can, this tent is amazing and is better than advertised. The price is not cheep, but quality rarely is� Enjoy!!!
Coody Large 17.2 Air Tent
Although the tent and related equipment arrived without any printed instructions, it was relatively easy (with 2 people) to assemble.
The quality of the packaging and materials is outstanding. The overall materials used in the windows, flooring, netting and zippers is some of the best that I have ever experienced in a tent. We set the unit up in our garage and was overwhelmed with the quality and ease to inflate.
We also ordered the Caminius M tent stove and again was overwhelmed with the quality of the unit and its storage packaging. At over $2500 for both the tent and the stove combined, we expected a quality product was was pleasantly surprised with the amazing products.
Absolutely Awesome Tent!
Coody 17.2 is an absolutely awesome tent. To be honest, i was a bit skeptical about spending so much on a tent - but I reasoned that if this tent was everything that the reviews claimed - then it would be the answer to having ample space in a quality shelter and be a superior alternative to purchasing an RV. This is the answer!
I caught this on sale for $500 off + an online coupon saved me an additional $100. But i got more than expected! This tent also comes with the additional canopy extension shown in some of the pictures on the Coody website. I thought this was an accessory that could be purchase later but it�s included! You will need to purchase 2 or 3 adjustable tent poles to set up the canopy either on the front or side of the ten. The tent also comes with high quality clear plastic windows that can be zippered in to provide an air-tight enclosure if you want to use an A/C or heater while enjoying the natural light. The tent is impressive right out of the box! The storage bag is rugged and made of high quality canvas with an over sized drawstring opening that has clip-lock straps attached. The stakes and tie lines are also heavy duty. The pump is adequate.
I set up my tent after arrival to inspect it. After unrolling it and positioning it on a 12� x 16� tarp, it literally took me about 5 minutes to set it up��let me clarify this! First I attempted to use the included pump. Im 58 years old, 5� 11� and 300lbs. I pumped for about 30 seconds and then decided to use my head. I got my wet/dry vac and used the blower port to inflate the tent to standing position in about 3 minutes. I then used the supplied pump to finish the job and tweak the pressure to 7lbs psi. I will be purchasing an electric or battery pump for use at the campsite.
Not a Con�but a consideration: This tent is heavy. Im young enough to handle it, but old enough to feel it! I purchased a folding hand truck from HomeDepot that can carry 150lbs to wheel this beast to my truck and around my campsite. 2 healthy folks with a little backbone should be able to manage no problem! My wife, although totally loving her new wilderness retreat, wanted nothing to do with transporting it. So if you�re winging it solo�Ike me�.consider the weight.
I also wanted to mention that there is a built in port for using a stand up AC unit, and there is also a port for an electrical cord to pass through. The tub flooring is thick and comes up the wall about 2-3 inches to keep the place dry in the rain or snow. Super heavy duty zippers everywhere! Even an inside clothes line!

Perfect camping upgrade
Brought this tent to the texas renaissance festival and I have to say, this was an amazing investment to my camping experience.
First of all, this tent is huge.
Like big enough for a 6ft person to really stretch while standing. And there is plenty of room for ANY of your camping stuff.
One of my big favorite things about this tent, is that it does not get wet from condensation like polyester/nylon tents.
Nothing worse than waking up on a cold morning and accidentally touching your tent wall and getting wet, or your pillow for that matter :(
With this canvas material, that is a thing of the past and It's honestly a huge selling point for me.
Temperature regulation: this tent feels good inside. I woke up with 50�f outside, but inside I was comfortable even without my heater going. And later in the day when it got into the upper 80s, the tent stayed cooler than outside. Also a huge selling point for me, because I live in the south and it gets hot and soupy here.
People dig it. I had multiple positive comments from strangers, about its size and its aesthetic.
There are plenty of places to hang lights for my fellow festival goers, if you really want to get that "wow factor".
Also, if you're worried about the tent losing PSI from cold weather, don't. It did just fine after a 35� temp change over night. And it is STURDY. Surprisingly so. Like enough for a 200+ pound guy to lean against it without it just crushing. And you can use a rechargeable air mattress pump to get it aired up most of the way, and finish it off with the hand pump to get that perfect 6-8 PSI.
The floor of the tent is also higher quality than any of the tents I've ever bought.
NO POLES! Lots of canvas tents have a pole in the center, and that just doesn't fly with me personally. So this is also a big plus.
What else to say? I'd give this tent a real solid 10/10. Completely worth what I paid for it, and I'd recommend to anyone looking to seriously upgrade their camping experience.
TLDR: The tent is worth the price tag. It's huge. It's comfy. It's your new home away from home. Zero complaints.
Hope this helps someone looking but not sure if they want to make the investment for fear of bad quality.

Very impressed with this tent. Delivery was very fast. Full set up. Full set up be done in less than 10 minutes with this tent. It�s amazing how this tent has so much versatility from the doors to the windows. I was beyond impressed. Fantastic company, I would definitely do business with them again!

The Coody 17.2 is an excellent tent. It is very eye catching in campsites. We got to use it few days in heavy rain; had no problem with heavy rain and it stands up no problem in high winds (while other people next to us had to go sleep in their cars). It was very easy to set up (took 4 minutes with two stage electric pump - please note the psi for the Coody 17.2 is 6 to 7 psi - I tested it). The downside for this tent is it takes too much space in your car and kind of heavy - but it�s very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend it!
I've got this cool guest home in my backyard.
This tent took over my entire backyard.
During the day, my kids play in it. Fortunately, the fabric is breathable, and the windows open easily, providing excellent ventilation.
In the evening, we gather with friends around a table inside the tent, and everything is superb.
At night, we look at the stars through the window. I originally bought this tent for a trip to the seaside with my brother's family, but we have not yet gone.

Hey there! I wanted to let you know that your tent is absolutely amazing! It has such a lovely appearance, almost like that of a cozy house. Even your neighbors seem to think so and find it really cool. In fact, some people even stopped by to ask where they could buy one!
Not only is it stylish, but it's also super practical. It's pretty spacious and easy to set up. The only downside is that it doesn't inflate as quickly as some other tents, but it's still a breeze to put up once you get the hang of it.
