🇺🇸 Shipping within the United States

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on destination and package size.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 4–8 business days for items in stock. If an item is awaiting inventory replenishment, delivery may take longer — the estimated timeframe will always be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. For these locations, shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates and shown at checkout.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico or PO boxes.

🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada

Shipping Cost
Shipping to Canada is free when the item is in stock in our Canadian warehouse. If the item is not currently in stock, it ships directly from our supplier — shipping cost is calculated based on weight and quantity and shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 6–15 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator, or DHL, depending on destination and shipment details. For the most accurate estimate, check the product page.

Duties & Taxes
Additional fees, taxes, or import duties may apply according to Canadian customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Standard Delivery
All orders are shipped without a signature requirement by default. Delivery is confirmed by the carrier's Proof of Delivery, which includes delivery status, timestamp, address confirmation, and photo where available. This serves as confirmation that the shipment has been delivered to the address provided with your order.

📦 Damaged Orders
