The RBM Outdoors UP-2 Mini is a compact 4-season double-layer hot tent built for winter camping, fishing trips, hunting camps, and mobile cold-weather shelter use, while also serving as a practical all-season option for small-group camping in changing weather. This tent uses a true tent-within-a-tent design: a weather-resistant outer shell and a separate inner tent are divided by an insulating air gap that helps reduce direct cold transfer in winter, helps manage condensation in wet weather, and helps reduce direct heat buildup in warm and hot conditions.
The umbrella-style frame opens quickly, making UP-2 Mini easy to deploy when weather changes fast. Once pitched, it creates a practical shelter for up to 3 people without a stove or up to 2 people with a stove. Compared with larger UP-series models, UP-2 Mini is the more compact and lighter-weight option, making it better suited to solo campers, pairs, and small crews who want easier transport and faster setup rather than maximum group capacity. The frame is made from aviation-grade aluminum alloy B95T1 for strength, stability, and repeated use in demanding conditions.
UP-2 Mini is also a true stove jack tent with built-in wood stove compatibility, giving you a dependable hot tent for heating the interior, drying clothing and gear, and extending your season in late fall, winter, and early spring. Two windows, a removable Oxford floor, storage pockets, detachable organizers, and a dome net shelf add practical function for long hours outdoors. For colder conditions, the tent can also be paired with an optional insulated floor with ice fishing access openings sold separately.

UP-2 Mini is a compact all-season double-layer tent designed for year-round camping, fishing, and hunting.
It works as a practical shelter for up to 3 people without a stove or up to 2 people with a stove, with 4.4 m2 of usable area, 1.8 m outside height, 1.7 m inside height, and a net weight of 17 kg.
The umbrella-style frame allows fast setup in about 3 minutes, while the double-layer construction, stove jack compatibility, and removable floor make the tent ready for changing weather across all seasons.
UP-2 mini is smaller than UP-2, hence the name. It can accommodate up to 3 people, while UP-2 fits up to 4.
Of course. The tent is designed to withstand the coldest weather conditions. For instance, many winter campers struggle to open frozen zippers in the morning. Our wing door eliminates this problem and also helps prolong the zipper life of additional doors from frequent use of the tent.

Precautions and recommendations
When assembling and reassembling the tent, be careful with the frame to avoid injuries.
Check tent layers before setup. The outer and inner layers may stick together during storage. Before setup, unfold the tent and separate the fabric so the layers slide freely. This ensures smooth assembly.
Choose a stable, level campsite. Do not set up the tent near dead trees, loose branches, power lines, steep slopes, or areas where water may collect.
Securely fasten the tent using all required pegs and guy lines.
In windy weather, do not set up the tent near trees. Do not set up or use the tent in sustained winds or gusts over 38 mph.
Provide continuous ventilation inside the tent, especially when using a wood stove.
Use a compatible wood stove only with the integrated stove jack and according to the stove manufacturer’s safety instructions. Stove sold separately.
Keep the stove, stove pipe, hot surfaces, and sparks away from tent fabric, gear, and bedding. Do not leave a burning stove unattended.
Ensure an unimpeded exit from the tent at all times.
It is forbidden to use gas, gas equipment, grills, or liquid fuel devices inside the tent.
The use of open flame sources outside of an approved compatible stove setup is prohibited inside the tent.
Remove snow buildup from the roof during winter use.
Dry the tent completely before storage.
Do not allow children to use the tent without adult supervision.
Tent-pegs - 20 standard tent stakes for regular ground conditions and 12 ice/snow screw-in stakes for frozen ground, snow, and icy surfaces.
