The RBM Panda Air Large is a spacious inflatable canvas tent designed for comfort and easy setup. With full walk-in height and a wide interior layout, it feels more like a compact outdoor cabin than a traditional tent.
The durable waterproof canvas is breathable and helps reduce condensation. Strong air beams replace metal poles, allowing fast inflation and a stable structure. Setup takes only a few minutes using the included pump.

Premium Inflatable Tent with Stove Jack "Panda air" Large is a great choice if you travel by car. However, if you want to install it in a more remote area, you’d need an ATV or snowmobile.
Preparation and Setup
- Choose elevated, level ground away from low areas where water can collect.
- Check the site for stones, branches, roots, and other sharp objects before unfolding the tent.
- Stay clear of overhanging branches carrying snow and keep the tent away from external open flames.
- Set up the tent before dark whenever possible.
- A groundsheet under the tent helps keep the PVC floor clean and protects it from abrasion.
- Fully unfold and position the tent before inflation.
- Inflate the air frame with a pump fitted with a pressure gauge. The recommended pressure is 6–8 psi.
- Make sure every valve and valve cap is securely closed after inflation.
- Anchor the tent with the included pegs and guy lines. Add extra guy lines in strong winds.
- Install the included rainfly when rain, snow, or prolonged strong sunlight is expected.
- If using a wood stove, align the stove jacks in the tent and rainfly before assembling the chimney.
- Make sure the protective covers over the roof-window zippers lie flat and fully cover the zippers.
Temperature and Cold-Weather Use
- The approved operating range is from −10 °C to +40 °C (14 °F to 104 °F).
- In freezing weather, the PVC floor and inflatable air beams become stiffer. Folding may require more time. This is a normal material response, not a defect.
- Air pressure may decrease as the temperature falls. Check the air frame regularly and add air when needed, without exceeding 8 psi.
- Use sleeping bags and insulated sleeping mats rated for the expected temperature.
- After any use below 0 °C (32 °F), dry the tent completely in a warm, dry indoor space before storage.
Stove, Heating, and Ventilation
- Use only a compatible wood-burning tent stove installed through the designated stove jack.
- Always use a spark arrestor and a heat-resistant stove mat, and follow the stove manufacturer’s clearance requirements.
- Keep continuous ventilation while the stove is operating to reduce the risk of carbon monoxide buildup.
- Use working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms inside the tent.
- Never use an exposed open flame inside the tent.
- Never leave a burning stove unattended or operating while everyone is asleep.
- Keep the entrance and emergency exit route clear.
- Keep a suitable fire extinguisher or other appropriate fire-suppression equipment nearby.
- Keep TPU windows closed when heat retention is needed, but do not block the ventilation required for safe stove operation.
Condensation and Moisture
- Condensation is a normal result of warm, humid air contacting a colder tent surface.
- Keep vents slightly open and maintain steady airflow.
- Increase the interior temperature gradually rather than heating the tent suddenly.
- Use a groundsheet and choose dry ground whenever possible to reduce moisture rising from below.
- Wipe away accumulated moisture and allow the tent to dry before packing.
Rain, Snow, and Wind
- Use the included rainfly during sustained rain and whenever snow is expected.
- Check that the rainfly is correctly tensioned and that the roof-window zipper covers remain properly positioned.
- Remove accumulated snow from the roof regularly. Do not allow a heavy snow load to remain on the tent.
- If a zipper freezes, warm it gently with your hands and allow it to thaw. Do not force it.
- Secure the tent with additional guy lines during strong winds. Move to safer shelter or take the tent down if conditions become unsafe.
- After rain or snow, remove or lift the rainfly when conditions allow so the tent can ventilate and dry.
Packing, Storage, and Care
- Fully deflate the air frame before folding the tent.
- Do not force-fold stiff PVC in freezing conditions. Allow the material to warm and become flexible first.
- Remove dirt and moisture, then dry the tent completely in a well-ventilated area.
- Pack and store the tent only when every component is clean and completely dry.
- Store the tent in its storage bag in a clean, dry place protected from mold and prolonged UV exposure.
- Avoid wearing shoes inside the tent.
- Keep sharp objects, flammable substances, acids, and harsh cleaning chemicals away from the tent fabric and floor.
- Do not allow children to use fireworks or play with ignition sources near the tent.

This tent exceeded our expectations! We set it up so quickly and easily. Packing it up took a few tries but we were able to get it back into its carry bag. It was chilly at night, around 55 degrees, but we stayed warm with the help of a small space heater. We slept cozily. We love the different window configurations. We expected a little bit of rain so we easily installed the plastic windows in the roof. Awesome tent that is worth every penny!

My first tent ever. Had to learn what a "rainfly" is. I used the tent in my backyard for several days. The experience was awesome. I set the inside up just like in the Youtube videos. Deploying the tent was easy but putting the tent back inside the bag takes some practice. To put it simply..........I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.
Took a while for it to get here but the staff got it all worked out. Easy to put up, it's rated for 50mph winds. And night one of owning it we had a wind storm with gusts up to 50mph, so I put it up to see how it would fair and even with soft soil with the guide lines everything stayed put even the rain fly. The sub zero tempetures didn't cause the tent to deflate and it was not being used for those two days. Can't wait to keep using it and I trust this tent to keep my family warm when we go winter camping.
Only had the tent out for 2 nights. Love the tent so far. Setup and tear down is a breeze. My small heater buddy with fan kept the tent cozy with the night temps in the Mid 20’s. Can’t wait to use it again. Lots of trips planned this upcoming spring!

Was a bit worried i wouldn't get my order as it was in Hong kong a long time and I was due to go away for Xmas was in Hong kong since 5 December, however I recieved it the day before my holiday. The packaging was damaged but all was okay inside. I was in touch with the company who measured me all was ok and talked me through the process with paying the tax and FedEx to uk tax was £155 I thought it would be more FedEx delivery was on time . The tent was worth the wait as it was what we wanted and the quality we was expecting lots of pegs the pump had some kind of oil running down the out side but appears to be woking not putting it up till March but love it and worth every Dollar well done RGM 😀 Happy !!!
I absolutely *love* this tent. It was rolled out and deployed within minutes, and is extremely sturdy. Great insulation, too; it got down to around 40 F overnight, and we were toasty warm with the addition of a steel camp stove inside. Tons of space, enough to set up three air mattresses, a cooler, a couple totes, satchels, and the camp stove, with space to walk between it all. Takedown was just as easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a tent, honestly!
We set up this tent last weekend and wow, the size is incredible. There were four of us, and we still had plenty of space to move around, store our gear, and even put a small table inside. Inflation was faster than expected, and the forest green color looks really elegant in the woods. It is heavy to carry, but once it is standing, it is totally worth it. Planning to try it in the rain soon
This was my first inflatable tent, and I was unsure at first, but the air beams stayed strong all weekend. The canvas and PVC bottom feel super tough. It handled wind and rain just fine. Easy to clean afterward too. I am impressed.
We are a retired couple and prefer comfort when camping. This tent gives exactly that. No poles, no confusion, just inflate and done. My wife and I set it up in about eight minutes. Inside we placed two air mattresses and a small table. It felt like a cozy cabin. A bit heavy, but worth every kilogram.
We use this tent with our overlanding setup, and it works great. The forest green color blends nicely with the forest. We inflated it, sealed it, and stayed two nights with light rain. Everything stayed dry. The only thing I would improve is the carrying bag�it is a bit weak for such a heavy tent. Otherwise, excellent product.
Awesome tent
Let me start off by saying that during my time in the military, I have experienced many tents from 2-man shelters, to GP medium, 4-season dome, to the big base-x 305 and the wife and I have been using a tee-pee for the last 10 years.
So, when we got the Panda Large, I was extremely impressed with the ease of setup (bought an electric pump), and while we were using it on its inaugural trip, it was hot, followed by rain and wind; we were completely comfortable in the tent with a queen-size mattress and no leaks.
Life Changing Purchase!
Absolutely love this tent! It was the spark that got me back out into the world of camping. I feel rejuvenated. As I love to camp most when it's colder, I would love to have another zippered section where I could easily passthrough the vent hose of my diesel heater. I would give it Six stars if it had that. :-)
Grumpy Old Marine
I would not say my experience was pleasant but it was quick with a little lower back pain. This is a heavy sumbich. Once it was positioned it was only 15 minutes to inflate and get it staked down. The days were sunny and it was nice to have all the windows open. The nights were around the mid 30�s but with the rain fly on, the propane heater kept everything toasty. The tear down took about the same time and getting it rolled up and back into the truck got the lower back burning and re-emphasized that this thing is a heavy sumbich. All in all, this tent is durable, solid and comfortable. I�m glad I forked out the extra cash for it. Well worth it. Get some seam sealer and when it is up for the first time, hit the seams that have sunlight in them. I only had 4 small seams to seal on top around the windows. Semper Fi.

I just received my tent today. I unboxed it and checked everything. Can not wait to go camping. It is very well made with quality materials. Everything that I need is included. RBM made a well thought out package. Customer service it is excellent. Had a small issue with shipping but they stayed on top of it and handled it perfectly. What a great company! I definitely recommend this tent and RBM. You can not go wrong with their products. Thanks RBM for making an amazing tent and being an excellent company!
Set up took about ten minutes with the hand pump, and that was just me and my wife. No poles, no mess. The stove jack is a great feature for cold weather. We camped in about 2 degrees Celsius, and it stayed warm inside. The fabric feels very solid. Yes, the price is high, but the quality matches it.
Bought the Panda Large Forest Green for our family of six. I am 188 centimeters tall and can stand inside comfortably, which is a big plus. The many windows let in a lot of light and air. The tent is heavy, around 100 pounds, so you will not want to carry it far, but for car camping or glamping, it is perfect.
