Since 2019 we've been designing and selling premium inflatable hot tents with stove jacks for camping, glamping and family trips, alongside double-wall frame tents for fishing, hunting, winter camping, expeditions and survival. We sell genuine RBM Outdoors products through our website and our official brand stores on Amazon and Walmart.

Products purchased through these channels are covered by the applicable product warranty. For website purchases, contact our customer-support team. Returns and warranty claims for Amazon or Walmart purchases must be submitted through the marketplace where the order was placed.

Our tents are designed for long-term use in real camping conditions, from family glamping to all-season cold-weather trips.

Every Coody and RBM Panda inflatable air frame is inflated and held under pressure for 72 hours at the factory to check for air leakage. This quality-control step helps identify leaks before the tent is shipped.

RBM Outdoors frame tents use an Oxford 300D outer layer with a PU 4000 mm waterproof rating. The outer shell is designed to protect against wind, rain, and snow. These tents do not require a separate rainfly because the Oxford outer tent serves as the weather-protection layer.

Coody and RBM Panda inflatable tents include a rainfly. We recommend installing it during prolonged or heavy rain, as well as during snowfall.

Keep any groundsheet completely inside the tent footprint. If it extends beyond the tent, rainwater can collect underneath the floor.

Warranty: All products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use. UP Series, Hexagon, and Cuboid frame tents also include a lifetime frame warranty covering structural defects and failures under normal use.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items returned complete and in their original packaging. If your order arrives in several packages, the 30-day period begins when the final package is delivered.

Opening the box to inspect the product does not affect your right to return it. A tent that has been assembled, set up, or used outdoors cannot be returned.

After receiving the returned item, we inspect it within 7 business days. Once the return is approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@hot-tent.com with photos or video within 30 days of the final package being delivered. Depending on the case, we may provide a repair, a replacement or replacement parts, a partial refund, or a full refund. When a return is required because of our error or a product defect, we cover the return shipping.

Manufacturing defects discovered after this 30-day period remain covered under the applicable product warranty.

Orders ship from our warehouses in the United States and Canada or directly from our supplier, depending on the product and current stock location.

United States: In-stock orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping and are typically delivered within 4–8 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, PO boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Canada: Items held in our Canadian warehouse qualify for free shipping and are typically delivered within 4–8 business days. Because these products are already in Canada, no import duties, import taxes, or customs fees apply.

If an item is not available in our Canadian warehouse, it ships directly from our supplier. Delivery usually takes 6–15 business days, and shipping is charged. Duties, taxes, and the carrier's brokerage fee are billed directly to the customer by the carrier and are the customer's responsibility.

We do not deliver to Yukon.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

It depends on the item, and the product page always tells you which case you're in.

Some models are available for pre-order — you can place the order now, and the expected shipping date is shown before you buy. Payment is taken at the time of order, and you can cancel any time before it's handed to the carrier for a full refund.

Orders containing several products may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Each package may have its own tracking number, so a partial delivery does not necessarily mean an item is missing.

Yes. Rainflies, storage bags, doors, poles and other components are available separately.

Within the warranty period, the replacement part and its shipping are provided at no charge. If a part must be shipped to Canada from outside Canada, duties and taxes are billed directly to the recipient by the carrier and remain the customer's responsibility. After the warranty period, replacement parts and shipping are provided at the customer's expense.
